  Mike Jeakins, Manager - Mike was born and raised in Bloomington, IL. After graduating from Illinois State University, he worked in a variety of customer service positions at a local bank. Mike joined the AGCO Dealer Systems Group, based in Batavia, IL, in December 1997. He was one of the few that made the move to Duluth, GA, in 1998. Mike is now the Supervisor for the Dealer Support Services Group. He is also very busy with his daughter, Sheridan, in his spare time.
  Ken Mueller, Technical Training Supervisor - Ken started in Marketing and Advertising with AGCO 28 years ago. He served as a Territory Manager for 3 years before moving into Parts Sales at the Parts Division, Batavia, IL in 1991. He joined AGCO Dealer Support Services as the Supervisor of Support around 1994. When the Dealer Support Services group was transferred to AGCO's Corporate Headquarters, he became the Dealer Support Services Trainer working from Batavia, IL with training responsibilities across all AGCO Brands.


Edmund Byne, Training Supervisor - Edmund was born in Mesa, AZ and moved to Waynesboro, GA at the age of three. He spent summers and spare time working on the Families Organic Blueberry Farm. He attended Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College (ABAC) in Tifton, GA. for is Degree in Agricultural Business and transferred to the University of Georgia where he received a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business. After Graduating from UGA he started working for AGCO Corporation 2 weeks later and has worked as a Product Distribution Coordinator for AGCO, Massey Ferguson, Fendt, and Valtra High Horsepower Tractors for about 2 Years.  He enjoys spending time with family and friends and taking long walks with his wife.


Terry Bradford, Training Support Coordinator - Terry grew up in Syracuse, NY and graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Business Administration.  She relocated to the Atlanta, GA area with her husband in 1994 and they now live in Gainesville, GA. They are the proud parents of Sam and Lily who keep them very busy with tae-kwon-do, baseball and ballet.


Greg Mahoney, Training Support Coordinator - Greg was born in St. Charleston, Missouri and was a seasoned traveler by the time he graduated from Lynn University in South Florida with a B.S. in Psychology.  Shortly after graduation, he moved to Atlanta, Georgia and began working with AGCO Dealer Support Services.  He enjoys working at AGCO because helping dealers get back up and running brings a sense of personal ownership in the chain of putting food on our tables.  He is an avid champion-caliber freestyle skier and golfer.


Arnold Murray, Training Support Coordinator – Arnold joined AGCO in 2008 as one of our Training Coordinators. Arnold has a bachelors degree from North Carolina State University and a Masters of Science in Training from Capella University.  Before joining AGCO, Arnold worked in the telecom industry in various roles including sales engineering, training and account management.  After completing his graduate studies, he found his new home with AGCO and Dealer Support Services. Arnold recalls his introduction to the Ag industry in college where he worked at a diary plant for six months.


Kevin Quilty, Training Support Coordinator – Kevin is from Massachusetts, where he still holds a strong allegiance to the New England Patriots, Boston Red Sox and Boston Bruins.  Kevin enjoys spending relaxing evenings with friends and challenging himself and others in trivia contests.


Mike Skeels, Training Support Coordinator - Mike was born in Lincoln, Nebraska. He moved to the Atlanta area with his family when he was just 4 years old. He attended Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville, GA where he majored with a BBA in Management Information Systems. He joined Dealer Support Services back in June of 2008 where he now is currently a training coordinator. He enjoys training AGCO dealers by trying to keep things as simple as possible. Mike closely follows Nebraska football and the Atlanta Braves. In his spare time he enjoys playing tennis, playing golf, and attending concerts. He also enjoys outdoor activities like camping, boating, and fishing.


Dan Bowman, Senior Technical Support Coordinator - Dan was born in Statesville NC in 1972, and moved to Lilburn GA in 1979.  Prior to AGCO, Dan worked at IBM as a helpdesk technician providing telephone support for IBM PC customers and internal employees, for anything from wireless connectivity issues and software to defective hardware on the machine. In March of 2006, he brought his talents of trouble-shooting complex software and hardware issues to AGCO.  He spends most of his time away from work with his wife and kids.  He enjoys his home theater, racing radio-controlled model cars and boats with his son, and camping and fishing.  He also plays bass guitar, drums and the piano.


Roger Carlile, Senior Technical Support Coordinator - Roger was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. He grew up in Indiana and Graduated from the University of Indianapolis with a BA in Psychology. Roger served as a navigator in the USAF for 6 years before separating as a Captain.  He joined the Dealer Support Services team in 1999. Roger is currently supporting the AGCO approved business systems.  Roger enjoys dancing, playing the harp, and taking vacations with his wife.

  Chiaquitta Purnell-Reid, Senior Technical Support Coordinator - Chiaquitta is originally from Chicago IL . Before moving to Atlanta in 1991, she attended Olive Harvey College in Chicago . She joined AGCO in 1995 as the receptionist and in 2000 she joined the Dealer Systems department as a Technical Support Coordinator. Chiaquitta is the proud wife and mother of two children and enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with family.

Elimane “Leman” Diallo, Second Tier Technical Support Coordinator –Leman was born in Dakar, Senegal West Africa. He earned an Associates Degree in electronics in 1987, specializing in solar energy systems. Leman moved to Atlanta, Georgia in 1998 where he attained an A+ Certified Computer Technician rating from the Advanced Technology Group.  He graduated from American Intercontinental University in 2006 with an Associates Degree in Visual Communication from the school of Graphic design and Fine Art. Leman joined AGCO Dealer Support Services in 2003.  He speaks five languages including French and English, and in his free time he enjoys painting, performing arts, soccer, and travel.

  Monica Mize, Second Tier Technical Support Coordinator - Monica was born and raised in Gainesville, GA. She graduated from Georgia State University in December of 2001 receiving her B.S. degree in Computer Information Systems. Monica joined AGCO's Dealer Support Services group 6 months thereafter. She is an extremely proud mother of a very active boy. Monica enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.

Toni Wunch, Technical Support Coordinator - Toni is from Alabama, and spent summers on her grandparents’ farm in Louisiana.  She is a graduate of the University of Florida, and has worked in several industries, including BellSouth and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, but never forgot the days of living on a farm in the summers in Louisiana.  Toni has been with AGCO since 2007.  Of her reason to join AGCO, Toni says ‘Coming to AGCO was a no-brainer for me.  I truly enjoy helping people who make a living by helping those who work off the land.’  When Toni is not helping dealers, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her cats watching sports and working on home improvement projects with her friends.
